Toyota celebrates HiLux's 50th anniversary with a special edition

Toyota HiLux Invincible 50 Chrome

On March 21, 1968, Toyota introduced HiLux pick-up in Japan. The following year was presented to the European market. This year, the 50th anniversary of HiLux is celebrated with a special version called 'Invincible 50 Chrome'.

One of the most successful models of the Toyota product line, HiLux sold more than 18 million units worldwide, making it one of the world's most popular pick-ups.

Equipped with a range of special accessories, the HiLux Invincible 50 Chrome, which according to the brand's European arm says, "the special version is instantly recognizable and offers a wide range of both professional and leisure activities".

HiLux Invincible 50 Chrome features include 18 inch bi-tone grey & machined-face alloy wheels (6-spoke), automatic air conditioning, smart entry and push-button start, multimedia system with Bluetooth, Toyota Safety Sense as Standard, Cruise Control, chrome upper front grille, chrome surround on upper front grille, chrome-plated rear bumper, wide fenders, front and rear mudguards, and black side steps.

Other available features include 4-spoke leather steering Wheel, chrome gear shift surround, chrome button on handbrake, leather-like armrest, silver side air vent surrounds, front 220V power outlet (in armrest, 2 pin), 7 inch display multimedia system with navigation and 6 speakers.
